Indra’s entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force throughout her career, guiding her through various industries before she found her true passion in real estate. With over 15 years of experience and specialized training under her belt, she founded Dutch Real Estate Company (DREC) in 2017. What began as a solo venture has since grown into a thriving business, now supported by a dedicated team of 11 professionals. As a single parent, Indra takes immense pride in having both her children as integral members of the business, making DREC a true family endeavor.

For Indra, clients are always the top priority. She goes beyond transactions to ensure everyone involved feels connected and at ease throughout the process. Her philosophy centers on building meaningful, long-term relationships, supporting clients at every stage of their real estate journey.

Indra approaches every interaction—whether with clients, colleagues, or business partners—with integrity and care, living by her personal mantra: “Serve with integrity and create with love.” Known for her deep industry knowledge, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment, Indra’s clients trust her to guide them through what is often one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Meet Suzan, one of the key forces behind the scenes of our team. Over 22 years ago, she began her adventure in the real estate world at a brokerage firm in Haarlem.

After taking a break, Suzan decided to return to the real estate industry a few years ago, this time as an assistant realtor. Since then, she has been an integral part of our office, where she has been able to channel her passion for the job and her knack for support. With her dedication, precision, and efficiency, Suzan has evolved into an indispensable asset within our team.

Suzan’s role as a support staff member might not always be in the spotlight, but her contributions are invaluable. She is known for her meticulous nature and her willingness to go the extra mile to assist others and share her knowledge. What truly sets Suzan apart is her creativity and kindness, qualities that make her a cherished member of our team.

Outside of work, Suzan’s life revolves around her family and her love for the outdoors. She finds joy in sailing on the Markermeer and the Wadden, where she can connect with nature and seek adventure. In addition to her outdoor pursuits, Suzan also enjoys exploring different cultures, indulging in delicious food, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Real Estate Broker – Almere and surrounding areas

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Elize is a valuable and highly experienced member of our team. Her expertise and passion for her work are a source of inspiration for all of us. What sets Elize apart is her personal approach. She is always there for her clients, with a warm welcome and a sympathetic ear. For Elize, no question is too silly and no challenge is too big. She takes the time to truly understand what her clients need and works closely with them to find the best solutions.

In addition to her dedication to her clients, Elize is always ready to support her colleagues. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and is open to teaching others. Her willingness to help and share her knowledge strengthens our team and promotes collaboration and growth.

As a native of Amsterdam, Elize recently took a new step by moving to Almere. She quickly feels at home in her new environment and enjoys the peace and space that Almere has to offer.

Outside of work, Elize enjoys spending time at the beach in Almere, where she enjoys the sun and the water. She loves taking walks with her dog Pepper and often meets up with friends. Elize’s energetic and positive attitude is contagious for all of us, and we are grateful to have her on our team.

Office Manager

Meet Noa, the sparkling face behind the scenes at DREC. Her journey to our team happend through an unexpected turn, originating from a chance encounter with a former colleague from the hospitality industry. Despite studying social pedagogical assistance, she quickly discovered that her true passion lay elsewhere. Dutch Real Estate Company offered her the opportunity to develop her skills, and she is determined to continue learning and growing.

For our clients, Noa is more than just an employee; she is our ambassador. Her friendly and approachable demeanor endears her to everyone she interacts with. She strives to approach each individual with a personal touch, believing that everyone is unique and deserves a personalized approach.

Noa is known for her ability to always see the positive, even in challenging situations. Her optimism is infectious and contributes to a positive work environment for her colleagues and it’s a great experience for our clients.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Noa on the softball field, pursuing her passion for the sport. As an experienced softball player and team captain, she has learned valuable lessons about teamwork and leadership, which she successfully applies in her professional life.

With her enthusiasm, dedication, positive attitude and personal approach, Noa is an invaluable member of our team.

Real Estate Broker – Amsterdam and surrounding areas

Philip’s passion for Amsterdam properties began years ago. In his free time, he helped friends and acquaintances buy or rent their homes. The satisfaction he gained from this, combined with his keen eye for the Amsterdam housing market, ultimately led him to make it his profession. Those he once helped became his clients, and the brokers he dealt with became his colleagues.

For Philip, the client comes first. He believes a dedicated real estate agent can make a significant difference in his clients’ well-being during the property process. He strives not only to inform them of available options, but also to present the pros and cons honestly. Ultimately, he wants to empower them to make well-considered decisions.

Through years of experience in Amsterdam, Philip has developed a knack for matching people with their dream homes. He communicates clearly and openly so his clients know exactly what to expect. No sales talk, just common sense and honesty.

When Philip takes a break from the dynamic Amsterdam housing market, you’ll likely find him on the Amstel River. He’s an avid rower and enjoys the peacefulness of the water. He’s also a culture enthusiast and frequents the many museums Amsterdam has to offer. At home, he loves to be in the kitchen, where he unwinds with cooking delicious meal.

Rosi, a 32-year-old Amsterdam native, has an extensive background in the real estate industry. Her experience spans several international markets, including Turkey, Ukraine and Dubai, before she returned to her hometown to apply her expertise to Amsterdam’s dynamic real estate market. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of local market dynamics, Rosi plays a crucial role in helping her clients find their dream home in this vibrant city.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Rosi cherishes her free time, in which she can often be found on the yoga mat. On her mat, she finds peace and balance amid the hectic pace of her daily life. Her love of reading causes her to devour many a fantasy book.

With her diverse interests and her dedication to both her professional and personal life, Rosi embodies the essence of a modern, balanced lifestyle in the heart of Amsterdam.
